What is ATS software, and what does Curriculo ATS do?
ATS software, or an applicant tracking system, collects applications in one place and lets your team move candidates through hiring stages.
Curriculo ATS includes four AI agents.
Email agent
The Email agent reads a connected Gmail or Outlook inbox. It pulls candidates and attached resumes into the ATS and drafts replies. Starter supports Gmail and Outlook inbox sync, including up to five Gmail mailboxes.
Calendar agent
The Calendar agent connects Google and Microsoft 365 calendars and combines free and busy times. It sends candidates a self-scheduling link, books the event with a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link and handles reschedule requests with a reason.
Daily briefing
The Daily briefing sends each user one email per day at the chosen time and in the chosen language. It lists interviews through the end of tomorrow, followed by recent changes and suggested next steps. Each user can change the delivery time or turn it off.
Resume screening
Resume screening compares each application with the job title, description, qualifications, location and submitted applicant details. It returns a 0 to 100 score, a written summary and a checklist explaining how the candidate meets each requirement.
Scores recalculate in the background after you edit a job description in the app. Changes made through the API or MCP do not trigger recalculation.
You can use Curriculo ATS MCP for any MCP client, including Claude or ChatGPT. ATS sign-in supports Google and Microsoft.
Curriculo ATS plans
Starter is free, requires no credit card and includes unlimited jobs and unlimited team members. It ranks up to 1,000 candidates. New applicants remain stored after that limit but stay locked and unscored until you upgrade.
Starter also includes a hosted careers page, custom domain, Email agent, Gmail and Outlook inbox sync, data export and CRM-style drip campaigns without branching.
Pro costs $50/mo at the early-bird price, 50% off $100, and ranks up to 10,000 candidates. There are no per-seat fees. Curriculo does not offer a free trial.

Yes. Curriculo ATS has an MCP server that works with any MCP client, including Claude and ChatGPT. MCP gives a compatible client access to supported ATS actions. Editing a job description through MCP does not trigger score recalculation, while editing it inside the Curriculo ATS app does.
