Our Story

Curriculo Inc. was founded by Dev, a former machine learning engineer at Amazon, who spent years building AI systems that processed millions of data points at scale. During that time, Dev saw the hiring problem from both sides — talented colleagues who struggled to translate their real-world impact into effective resumes, and hiring managers drowning in hundreds of applications with no way to identify the best candidates efficiently.

The hiring industry was broken on both sides. Job seekers faced expensive resume writers ($200-$500) or generic templates that ATS systems rejected. Employers faced the opposite problem — legacy ATS platforms that filtered candidates by keyword density rather than actual capability, burying great talent under a mountain of keyword-stuffed applications.

Dev applied the same machine learning expertise used at Amazon to build something entirely new. Then came Curriculo ATS — an AI-powered applicant tracking system that helps employers find the best candidates using signal-based ranking instead of keyword filtering.
