What is CurriculoATS?
CurriculoATS is an AI-native applicant tracking system built for startups hiring between 5 and 200 people. It uses signal-based screening to score candidates on measurable outcomes — quantified achievements, scope of responsibility, and career trajectory — rather than keyword frequency.
How is CurriculoATS different from other ATS platforms?
Three key differences: (1) Signal-based scoring instead of keyword matching, (2) A built-in candidate network of 10,000+ pre-structured resumes, and (3) Flat pricing at $50/mo with no per-seat fees. Most legacy ATS platforms charge per seat and rely on keyword filters.

Do I need technical expertise to use CurriculoATS?
No. CurriculoATS is designed for non-technical hiring managers. Post a job, and the system handles parsing, scoring, and ranking automatically. Setup takes about 15 minutes with no implementation or onboarding calls required.
How AI Screening Works
How does AI resume screening work?
Every resume submitted to a job is automatically parsed and scored from 0–100 using our Impact Scoring Engine. The engine evaluates quantified achievements, scope of past roles, and career progression signals. Candidates are then ranked so the strongest profiles surface first.
What is signal-based ranking?
Signal-based ranking evaluates candidates on evidence of measurable impact — revenue generated, teams managed, systems built, efficiency gains delivered — rather than matching keywords to a job description. It surfaces candidates who have demonstrated results, not just used the right terminology.
How is the Impact Score calculated?
The Impact Score (0–100) is computed across three dimensions: quantified outcomes (did the candidate include numbers and results?), scope of responsibility (team size, budget, organizational level), and trajectory (career growth velocity and consistency). The average score across our network is 36–44.
Can AI be biased in screening?
All AI systems carry risk of bias. CurriculoATS mitigates this by scoring on measurable outcomes rather than proxies like school name, employer prestige, or demographic signals. Signal-based scoring evaluates what a candidate achieved, not where they came from.
Plans & Pricing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 active job posting, AI resume screening with Impact Scoring, and access to the candidate network. No credit card required, no time limit. It stays free as long as you need it.
What's included in the Pro plan?
Pro is $50/month and includes unlimited active jobs, advanced AI screening, full candidate network access, team collaboration features, integrations (Google, Slack, API), and priority support. No per-seat fees — your entire team uses it at one price.
Are there per-seat fees?
No. CurriculoATS uses flat pricing. Whether you have 2 hiring managers or 20, the cost stays the same. This is different from Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, and Ashby, which all charge per seat on some or all tiers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no annual contracts or cancellation fees. You can downgrade to the free plan or cancel Pro at any time. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
Connecting Your Tools
What integrations does CurriculoATS support?
CurriculoATS integrates with Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail), Slack for notifications, and provides a REST API for custom integrations. We also support webhook-based connections for Zapier and Make workflows.
Is there API access?
Yes. The Pro plan includes full REST API access for candidate data, job postings, and pipeline management. Documentation is available at sign-up. The API supports standard authentication and returns JSON responses.
Can I connect CurriculoATS to my existing HR tools?
Yes. Through our API and webhook support, CurriculoATS connects to HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and other HR tools. For direct integrations not yet listed, contact our support team to discuss your stack.
Data & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We use SOC 2-aligned infrastructure with role-based access controls, regular security audits, and automated vulnerability scanning.
Where is data stored?
Candidate and employer data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure hosted in the United States and Europe. We comply with GDPR requirements for EU-based users and provide data processing agreements on request.
What is your data retention policy?
Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. After cancellation, data is accessible for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time by contacting support.
Setup & Migration
Can I migrate from another ATS?
Yes. CurriculoATS supports migration of candidate records, job postings, and pipeline stages from most ATS platforms. Our support team can assist with data mapping and import. Most migrations complete within 24–48 hours.
How long does it take to get started?
About 15 minutes. Sign up, create your first job posting, and start receiving AI-ranked candidates immediately. There's no implementation project, no onboarding consultant, and no multi-week setup process.

CurriculoATS was founded by Dev, an ex-Amazon and ex-Synopsys engineer who previously built ranking and recommendation systems at scale. The team is 10 people across 5 countries — engineers, designers, and hiring specialists.
