## What it is

Curriculo ATS MCP is a secure connector between your Curriculo ATS account and any AI assistant. Instead of clicking through the ATS, you type what you want and the AI does it against your live pipeline. It works with any MCP client, not only Claude.

## Add the connector

1. In your AI client, open the connectors menu and choose Add connector.
2. Paste the address `https://mcp.curriculo.me/mcp` and name it Curriculo ATS.
3. Sign in to Curriculo in the window that opens and approve access.
4. Set the read-only tools to Always allow. Leave the write tools on Ask first.

Read-only tools just look at your data (count jobs, list applicants). Write tools change data or contact people (move a candidate, send an email), so they ask before acting.

## What you can do

- Ask about your pipeline: "How many active jobs do we have, and how many applicants are in the pipeline?"
- Summarize new applicants for a role and see them ranked by AI fit score.
- Move the best people to the next stage and draft an invite email.
- Generate resume-based screening questions and send an AI interview link.

## Common questions

- Will it change my data without asking? No. Write actions stay on Ask first; you approve each one.
- Is my candidate data used to train AI? No. The connector is a live, scoped link you can revoke anytime.
- Do I need a paid plan? No. The free plan works with the connector.
