Use your Curriculo ATS by talking to Claude

Connect Curriculo ATS to Claude one time. After that, you just type what you want, and the work happens in the chat.

Normally, checking your hiring means opening the ATS, finding the right job, reading each applicant, and copying notes into an email. That is a lot of clicking for one simple answer.

With this connector, you skip all of that. You ask Claude a question about your hiring in plain words. Claude reads your live pipeline and answers. If you want, it can also move a candidate to the next stage, write an invite, or send an interview link. You stay in control and approve each action.

Here is how to set it up and use it. It takes about two minutes.

What you need

• A Curriculo ATS account. The free plan is enough.
• A Claude account.
• One web address, below, that links the two.

Step 1: Add the connector

In Claude, open the plus menu in the message box. Choose Connectors, then Add connector. Paste the address above and name it Curriculo ATS.

3. Sign inA Curriculo window opens. Sign in and approve access.
4. Set what it can doSet the read-only tools to Always allow. Leave the write tools on Ask first.

Read-only tools just look at your data, like counting jobs or listing applicants. Write tools change things or contact people, like moving a candidate or sending an email. Keeping those on Ask first means Claude checks with you before doing them.

That is the whole setup. You only do it once.

Step 2: Ask about your pipeline

Now just type a question. Try something simple first, like how many open jobs you have and how many people have applied.

Claude reads your live account and answers in seconds, with a clear breakdown by stage. No export, no spreadsheet.

Step 3: Let it do the work

Once it can read your pipeline, you can ask it to help with the slow parts of hiring. For example, point it at one job and ask it to sum up the new applicants.

When you find the people worth moving forward, ask Claude to move them to the next stage and write the invite. It does the change in your ATS and drafts the email for you to check before it goes out.

You can keep going. Ask for a few interview questions based on a person's resume, and send them an interview link.
