Collaborative Hiring For Your Whole Team
Multi-organization support, role-based access (Admin/Member), team invitations, join requests, and a 4-step onboarding wizard.
Create Your Workspace
Every team starts with an organization. Set your company name, upload a logo, and choose a custom slug. One account can belong to multiple organizations.
Multi-Organization Support
Consultants, agencies, and operators who manage hiring for multiple companies can switch between organizations without logging out. Each organization has its own jobs, candidates, pipeline, and analytics — completely isolated from the others.
Creating an organization takes seconds: enter a name, upload a logo (optional), and pick a slug for your careers portal URL. The organization is ready to receive team members immediately.
Invite Your Team
Email Invitations
Enter a team member’s email address and they receive an invitation link. If they already have a Curriculo account, they’re added instantly. If not, the invitation guides them through signup and drops them into your organization automatically.
Join Requests
Team members can also request to join an existing organization. Admins receive the request and approve or reject it with one click. This is useful when new hires onboard themselves without waiting for an invitation.
Role-Based Access Control
Admin Role
Admins can manage jobs, candidates, pipeline stages, team members, billing, organization settings, and analytics. They can invite and remove members, approve join requests, and delete the organization if needed.
Member Role
Members can view and manage jobs and candidates, move candidates through pipeline stages, schedule interviews, and add notes. They cannot modify organization settings, billing, or manage other team members.
Organization Lifecycle
Leave Organization
Any member can remove themselves from an organization at any time. Their personal account remains intact — they simply lose access to that organization’s data. This is a self-service action, no admin approval needed.
Switch Organizations
Users who belong to multiple organizations can switch between them from the sidebar. Each switch loads that organization’s jobs, candidates, analytics, and settings. Context switches are instant.
Delete Organization
Admins can delete an organization, which permanently removes all jobs, candidates, pipeline data, analytics, and team associations. This is a destructive action with a confirmation step to prevent accidents.
4-Step Onboarding Wizard
New organizations are guided through a structured onboarding flow so nothing gets missed.
Workspace Setup
Name your organization, choose a slug for your careers portal URL, and upload your company logo. This establishes the foundation for everything else.
Team Invitations
Invite colleagues by email. You can invite as many team members as you want during setup, or skip this step and invite people later.
Branding
Set your brand color for the careers portal. This color flows through buttons, links, and accents so your public-facing pages match your brand identity.
Review & Launch
Review your organization settings, team roster, and branding choices. Confirm everything looks correct and launch your workspace. You’re ready to create your first job.
How many team members can I add?
There is no limit on team members for any plan. The free Starter plan and the Pro plan both support unlimited team members per organization.
Can one person belong to multiple organizations?
Yes. A single Curriculo account can be a member (or admin) of multiple organizations. You switch between them from the sidebar — each organization’s data is completely separate.
What happens when I remove a team member?
The member loses access to the organization’s jobs, candidates, and analytics immediately. Their personal Curriculo account is not affected — they can still access other organizations they belong to.
Can I change a member’s role after they join?
Yes. Admins can promote a Member to Admin or demote an Admin to Member at any time from the team management page. Role changes take effect immediately.
Is the onboarding wizard required?
The wizard appears when you create a new organization. You can skip steps and come back to them later, but completing all four steps ensures your workspace is fully configured from the start.
