Analytics Dashboard That Drives Decisions

Pipeline charts, source breakdown, time-to-hire trends, team activity, and funnel health — all filterable by date range.

Four Numbers That Matter Most

The dashboard opens with four real-time KPI cards so you never have to dig for the big picture.

1,284
Total applicants across all jobs
12
Open jobs currently accepting candidates
47
Interviews scheduled this period
18 days
Average time-to-hire

Pipeline at Every Stage

A horizontal bar chart shows how many candidates sit in each pipeline stage — New, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired, Rejected — so you can spot bottlenecks instantly.

How the Pipeline Chart Works

Each bar represents a pipeline stage. The width is proportional to the number of candidates currently in that stage. Hover for exact counts. Click a bar to filter the candidate list by that stage.

If 60% of candidates are stuck in “Screening” and only 5% reach “Interview,” you know exactly where to focus. The pipeline chart updates in real time as candidates move through your workflow.

Where Candidates Come From

A donut chart breaks down application sources so you know which channels deliver the most volume — and which deliver the best quality.

Source Volume

See how many applications arrived from your careers page, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, agencies, and any custom sources you define. The donut chart gives you an instant visual split.

Source Quality

Volume alone is misleading. The source performance table pairs each source with applied/interviewed/hired conversion rates so you can double down on channels that actually produce hires.

Time-to-Hire Over Time

A line chart tracks your average time-to-hire over the last six months. Watch whether process changes are actually speeding things up.

Spot Trends Before They Become Problems

If your time-to-hire has been creeping up from 15 days to 22 days over three months, you’ll see it clearly on the trend line. Correlate it with headcount changes, new job openings, or process modifications.

The chart supports date-range filtering, so you can zoom into a specific quarter or compare year-over-year performance.

Source Performance Table

Applied → Interviewed → Conversion Rate

For each source (careers page, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, agencies), the table shows total applications, how many reached the interview stage, and the conversion rate. Sort by any column to find your highest-performing channel.

This table answers questions like: “Is LinkedIn worth the $10K/year job-slot fee?” and “Should we invest more in our referral program?”

Top Jobs & Team Activity

Most Popular Positions

A bar chart ranks your open jobs by application volume. Useful for identifying roles that attract a flood of candidates (and may need tighter screening) versus roles that struggle to generate interest (and may need better job descriptions or wider sourcing).

Per-Recruiter Metrics

Track each team member’s activity: jobs managed, interviews conducted, candidates moved, and total actions taken. Balance workloads across your hiring team and identify who might need support.

Per-Job Conversion Rates

Every job gets its own funnel breakdown with stage-by-stage conversion rates and automatic bottleneck detection.

Stage Conversion

See the percentage of candidates that move from New to Screening, Screening to Interview, Interview to Offer, and Offer to Hired. Identify exactly where candidates drop off for each specific role.

Bottleneck Detection

When a stage’s conversion rate drops below a configurable threshold, it’s flagged automatically. No more guessing — you’ll know if the problem is sourcing, screening criteria, or interview scheduling.

Date Filtering

All analytics — KPIs, pipeline, sources, trends, team activity, and funnel health — respond to a single date-range picker. Compare this month to last month, this quarter to last quarter, or any custom window.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the analytics dashboard available on the free plan?

Basic KPIs (total applicants, open jobs) are available on the free Starter plan. Full analytics — pipeline charts, source breakdown, time-to-hire trends, team activity, and funnel health — require the Pro plan.

How often is the data refreshed?

All analytics update in real time. When a candidate moves to a new stage or a new application arrives, the dashboard reflects the change immediately — no manual refresh required.

Can I export analytics data?

Yes. Every chart and table can be exported to CSV for further analysis in spreadsheets or BI tools. PDF exports for executive reporting are on the roadmap.

What date ranges can I filter by?

The date picker supports preset ranges (last 7 days, last 30 days, this quarter, last quarter) as well as fully custom start and end dates. All dashboard widgets respond to the same filter.

Can I see analytics per job or only globally?

Both. The main dashboard shows aggregate metrics across all jobs. You can also drill into any specific job to see its pipeline, source breakdown, time-to-hire, and funnel conversion rates.
