CurriculoATS — Outcome-Based Applicant Tracking for Startup Hiring

CurriculoATS is an outcome-based applicant tracking system built for startup founders hiring their first 10 to 200 employees. Instead of scanning resumes for keyword density, our AI reads what candidates actually built — revenue generated, teams scaled, systems shipped, problems solved — and writes a full reasoning paragraph for every 0–100 fit score. You see the score and the reasoning side by side, so every hiring decision is auditable.

Most legacy applicant tracking systems charge $240 per seat per year, take 2 to 4 weeks to implement, and run on keyword matching that candidates learned to game years ago. CurriculoATS is different. Pricing is flat $100 per month (currently $50 per month during early bird), unlimited team members on every plan, and setup takes 15 minutes.

The free Starter plan includes every feature: AI skills-based scoring with written reasoning, hiring pipelines, Gmail-style candidate inbox auto-sorted by fit score, interview scheduling with Google Calendar sync, Slack integration, Google Workspace SSO, recruitment analytics dashboard, and a branded careers portal. One active job, unlimited team members, no credit card. Pro adds unlimited active jobs and priority support. Full API access is available on the Enterprise plan for custom integrations.

Candidates apply by sending their resume to a unique job email address. No portals, no forms, no multi-step signup friction. The AI parses the resume on arrival, scores the candidate against a skills rubric auto-generated from your job description, and files them into your inbox already ranked. Recruiters review the top matches first and schedule interviews with one click.

CurriculoATS supports one-click migration from Greenhouse, Ashby, Workable, and Lever. CSV imports and LinkedIn profile imports are also supported. Every plan includes unlimited team members with zero per-seat fees, so you can invite your entire hiring panel — engineering leads, founders, interviewers — without paying more.

Founded in Brooklyn, New York by Dev, an ex-Amazon and ex-Synopsys engineer with a background in machine learning and software engineering. The product is currently in beta with 200+ founders. The mission is democratizing LLMs for fair, auditable, outcome-based hiring decisions.
