All original content, site design, formatting templates, typography arrangements, graphics, interfaces, and underlying software code—including the proprietary algorithms powering our AI Resume Builder Agent and the Curriculo ATS platform (including its signal-based ranking engine, impact scoring algorithms, Constructive Closure feedback system, and agentic AI components)—are the exclusive property of CURRICULO INC. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Curriculo.me platform and Curriculo ATS platform strictly for their intended purposes: personal career development (Resume Builder) and organizational hiring (Curriculo ATS). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our website’s code, design, or proprietary templates without express written permission.
2. User-Generated Content and Data Ownership
We operate on an “Honest, Free” ethos. You retain absolute copyright and ownership over all personal information, professional histories, and textual data you input into our platform. CURRICULO INC. claims no ownership over your career data or the final text of the resumes you generate.
3. Prohibition on AI Training and Data Scraping
Without in any way limiting our exclusive rights under copyright, any use of this website, its original content, or its structural templates to “train” external generative artificial intelligence (AI) technologies or machine learning language models is expressly prohibited. We do not grant permission for automated web crawlers, scrapers, or bots to harvest our proprietary materials for external AI development.
4. Trademarks
“Curriculo,” “Curriculo ATS,” “Constructive Closure,” the Curriculo logo, and all related product names, service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of CURRICULO INC. You may not use these trademarks without the prior written permission of CURRICULO INC., except as necessary to accurately refer to our products and services in a descriptive, non-commercial context.
5. AI Model Outputs and Copyright
Content generated by Curriculo’s AI systems—including resume suggestions, candidate scores, skill gap analyses, and Constructive Closure feedback—is produced by CURRICULO INC.’s proprietary AI models. For the Curriculo Resume Builder, AI-generated resume text becomes part of the user’s document upon acceptance and is owned by the user. For Curriculo ATS, AI-generated outputs such as candidate rankings, impact scores, and feedback text are licensed to the subscribing employer for use in connection with their hiring activities. CURRICULO INC. retains intellectual property rights in the underlying AI models, algorithms, and methodologies used to generate these outputs.
6. Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA Notice)
