Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and purchases across Curriculo Inc. products, including the Curriculo AI Resume Builder and the Curriculo ATS platform. We want you to be fully satisfied with our products, and we have designed our refund policies to be fair and transparent.

Curriculo AI Resume Builder

Free Plan

The Free plan has no associated charges. You can use the Free plan indefinitely with no payment required.

Pro Plan ($9.99/month)

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the app settings or by emailing support@curriculo.me. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refund: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase or a renewal charge, you are eligible for a full refund of that billing period. Refund requests after 7 days are not eligible.
  • Downgrade: After cancellation, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan. Your resumes and data will be preserved, but Pro-exclusive features will become unavailable.

Lifetime Plan ($29.99 one-time)

  • Money-Back Guarantee: The Lifetime plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 30 Days: Refunds are not available after the 30-day guarantee period, as the Lifetime plan provides perpetual access to all current and future Pro features.

Curriculo ATS Platform

Starter Plan (Free)

The Starter plan has no associated charges. You may use the Starter plan with up to 3 active job postings at no cost.

Pro Plan ($50/month)

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your ATS Pro subscription at any time by emailing support@curriculo.me or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refund: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain full access until the end of that billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
  • Annual Billing: If you are on an annual billing cycle, you may request a prorated refund for unused months within the first 30 days of the annual term. After 30 days, the annual fee is non-refundable.
  • Downgrade: Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the Starter plan. Your data will be retained for 90 days, during which you may re-subscribe to restore full access or export your data.

Enterprise Plan (Custom Pricing)

  • Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise customers are governed by the individual service agreement or order form executed between the parties.
  • Enterprise customers should contact their dedicated account manager or email enterprise@curriculo.me for cancellation requests.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email billing@curriculo.me with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include your account email address, product name, and date of purchase
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • AI credits or processing units that have already been consumed
  • Data export fees incurred after account cancellation
  • Custom development or integration work performed for Enterprise customers
  • Fees for services already rendered (such as completed AI screening batches)

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
