This approach surfaces candidates who have driven real impact, not those who optimized their resume for keyword scanners.
How is the Impact Score calculated?
The Impact Score is a composite metric (0-100) calculated across three dimensions: Role Fit (how well the candidate's skills and experience match the job requirements), Measurable Outcomes (quantified achievements like revenue, growth metrics, and scale), and Contextual Relevance (industry alignment, company stage, and career trajectory). Scores are normalized across the candidate pool so you can compare applicants fairly regardless of resume format or length.
Can the AI screening be biased?
CurriculoATS is designed to reduce screening bias, not introduce it. Signal-based ranking focuses on measurable outcomes rather than subjective signals like name, university prestige, or employer brand. The system does not factor in demographic information, photos, or personal identifiers. However, no AI system is perfectly unbiased — we continuously audit our scoring models and welcome feedback from hiring teams.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is free and supports up to 3 active job postings with basic candidate tracking and resume impact preview. It is designed for small teams that want to experience structured hiring before scaling to the Pro or Enterprise tiers.
What's included in the Pro plan?
The Pro plan ($50/month) includes unlimited active job postings, advanced candidate pipelines, team collaboration (up to 10 members), full API access, priority support, advanced analytics dashboard, and extended data retention (1 year). There are no per-seat fees — $50/month covers your entire team.
Do you charge per seat?
No. CurriculoATS does not charge per-seat fees on any plan. The Starter plan supports 1 user, the Pro plan supports up to 10 team members, and the Enterprise plan supports unlimited users — all for a flat monthly rate.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time and continue using the platform until the end of your current billing period. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
What integrations does CurriculoATS support?
CurriculoATS integrates with your existing HR stack including email, calendar, and collaboration tools. The Pro plan includes API access for custom workflows, and Enterprise customers receive dedicated integration support for SSO, SAML, and proprietary systems.

Where is candidate data stored?
All candidate data is stored in encrypted databases with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Data is hosted on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Enterprise customers can configure data residency requirements.
What is your data retention policy?
Starter plan data is retained for 90 days. Pro plan data is retained for 1 year. Enterprise customers can configure custom retention periods. After the retention period, candidate data is permanently deleted unless you explicitly request an extension.
Can I migrate from another ATS?
