CSV Upload
Upload a CSV file and the system auto-detects your columns (name, email, phone, etc.) and maps them to Curriculo fields. Preview the first 5 rows before committing. Choose to skip duplicates or update existing records. Per-row error reporting tells you exactly what failed and why.
Bulk Resume Upload
Drag and drop up to 50 PDF or DOCX files at once. Each resume is processed through the AI parser — extracting name, email, experience, education, and skills automatically. Candidate profiles are created instantly with parsed data attached.
Email Forwarding Import
Forward candidate emails to engg+{jobCode}[email protected] and the system creates applicant profiles from the forwarded content. The original sender is extracted as the candidate (not you). No auto-reply is sent on import addresses.

Auto-Detect & Map Columns
Column headers are automatically matched to Curriculo fields (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, LinkedIn URL, etc.). Adjust mappings manually if needed. Unmapped columns are ignored.
Preview First 5 Rows
Review a preview of the first 5 rows with your column mappings applied. Confirm that data looks correct before starting the import.
Choose Dedup Strategy
Select how to handle duplicates: Skip (ignore rows where the email already exists) or Update (overwrite existing records with new data). Deduplication happens by email address.
Import with Real-Time Progress
Watch the progress bar fill as rows are processed. Success and fail counts update in real time. When complete, download a report of any rows that failed with specific error reasons.

Every import — CSV, bulk resume, or email — shows a live progress bar with counters for total rows, successfully imported, failed, and skipped (duplicates). You always know exactly where the import stands.
Per-Row Error Reporting
When rows fail, you get specific error messages: “Row 14: Invalid email format,” “Row 27: Missing required field (name).” Fix the issues in your CSV and re-import only the failed rows — no need to re-run the entire file.
Post-Job-Creation Import Button
After creating a new job, a one-click import button appears. Import candidates directly into the job’s pipeline — no need to navigate to a separate import screen. Useful when migrating from another ATS or importing sourced candidates from a spreadsheet.
What CSV format does Curriculo ATS accept?
Any standard CSV file. There’s no required template. The system auto-detects column headers and maps them to fields. Common headers like “First Name,” “Email,” “Phone,” and “LinkedIn” are recognized automatically.
What happens with duplicate candidates?
You choose: skip duplicates (keep existing record unchanged) or update (overwrite with new data). Deduplication is based on email address. The import summary shows how many rows were skipped as duplicates.
How many resumes can I upload at once?
